Jeffrey M. Schweitzer Jeffrey M. Schweitzer is President and Chief Executive Officer for Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania and Chief Executive Officer for Univest Bank and Trust Co.

Schweitzer joined Univest in 2007 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Schweitzer quickly gained responsibility at Univest as his expertise, self-motivation and vision helped the company grow and further diversify the business during a time of crisis for the financial services industry. Schweitzer is focused on high performance and excellent service to meet the needs of Univest’s employees, customers, shareholders and communities. As President and CEO, he expects the same drive and commitment from his employees. At the same time, he is passionate about providing a working environment that is fun and centered on collaboration and teamwork.

Schweitzer graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor of science degree in accounting. Throughout his career, he has continued to make time to expand his knowledge of the industry and in management and leadership through various other educational programs. He is a graduate of the American Bankers Association (ABA) Stonier Graduate School of Banking in Philadelphia and completed the 'High-Potential Leaders: Accelerating Your Impact' leadership program through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Following the Univest mission, vision and core values, Schweitzer is active in contributing to the community and professional organizations throughout our region. Schweitzer is on the Board of Directors of the North Penn and Indian Valley Boys and Girls Club and the Perkiomen Valley School District Education Foundation. He also serves on the Pennsylvania Bankers Public Affairs Committee (PaBPAC).

Michael S. Keim Michael S. Keim is President of Univest Bank and Trust Co. and Senior Executive Vice President of Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania.

Keim joined Univest in 2008 as Senior Vice President, Mortgage Banking. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2013. In October 2015, he became President of Univest Bank and Trust Co. Prior to joining Univest, he was a self-employed consultant working with a private equity firm to develop and implement a bank acquisition strategy. Keim also spent 14 years working for GMAC Residential where he had varied responsibilities including Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Consumer Lending, Chief Financial Officer of GMAC Mortgage and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of GMAC Bank.

Keim graduated from Temple University with a bachelor's of science degree in accounting. He serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County, as a Trustee of the Bucks County Historical Society and on the Advisory Board for The City School in Philadelphia.

Roger S. Deacon Roger S. Deacon joined Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania and Univest Bank and Trust Co. as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer following Univest’s acquisition of Fox Chase Bank, effective July 1, 2016. Prior to joining Univest, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Fox Chase Bank. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Bill Me Later, a privately held financial services company, as well as Senior Vice President of Finance at First USA Bank where he was responsible for all financial planning for its credit card business, which grew from $2 billion to $70 billion in managed assets. He began his career with Price Waterhouse, where he served as a CPA and Audit Manager in their Financial Services Practice Group. Roger holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University, majoring in Accounting with a concentration in Finance.

Megan D. Santana Megan D. Santana is Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel for Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania and Univest Bank and Trust Co.

Santana has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her role as Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel, Santana oversees all areas of Compliance, Credit Risk Management, Operational Risk Management including AML and BSA, General Counsel and Information Security. Prior to joining Univest, she was a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP where she served as outside counsel to Univest for more than 15 years. Santana received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Grove City College and her juris doctorate (JD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Later, she graduated from Villanova University with a master of law (LLM) degree. She holds a license to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

William S. Aichele is Chairman of Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania and of Univest Bank and Trust Co.

Aichele retired as CEO of Univest Corporation after 42 years of service to the organization. As Chairman, he remains active in the organization's life and in the work it does in the community. Aichele serves on the Board of Directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Grand View Hospital and Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Grand View Health Foundation. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the James A. Michener Art Museum and as a member of the ABA Membership Council. In addition, Aichele shares his expertise as a member of the Peter Becker Community Development Committee.

Aichele earned a degree from The American Banker's Associations' Stonier Graduate School of Banking. In addition, he holds an associate’s degree in business administration from Valley Forge Military Academy & College and is a certified commercial lender.

Ballou served as the president, chief executive officer and a director of CDI Corporation, a public company engaged in providing staffing and outsourcing services, from October 2001 until January 2011. Ballou holds a Bachelor's degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He brings extensive industry experience to his service on our board of directors.

Benning also holds a Master of Taxation degree from the Villanova University School of Law. Glenn E. Moyer is the CEO of Live Oak Strategies, LLC.

Moyer was confirmed as Secretary of Banking for Pennsylvania on May 3, 2011. On October 1, 2012, he became the first Secretary of Banking and Securities for the state of Pennsylvania, a term which ended on January 20, 2015. Moyer is also the former President/CEO and Director of The Elverson National Bank and National Penn Bank and its holding company. He currently serves as a director of Tower Health (formerly Reading Health System) and director of FHLBank Pittsburgh.

Moyer served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Univest Bank and Trust Co., a subsidiary of Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania from September 30, 2004 to December 31, 2014. Moyer has more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, serving in various roles at Univest. He also continues to serve his community in a variety of positions and is currently the president of the Souderton-Telford Rotary and serves on the expansion team for the Indian Valley Library.
Natalye Paquin, Esq.

Natalye Paquin, Esq. is the CEO of Points of Light, the world’s largest organization dedicated to volunteer service.

Paquin was the Chief Transformation Officer at Girl Scouts of the USA prior to joining Points of Light in 2017. She also served five years as CEO of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania. Paquin earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University. She was a national fellow of the Broad Urban Superintendents Academy and completed executive education programs at Harvard and Loyola Business Schools. Paquin supports the community through arts and education causes, serves on the national advisory board for the Salvation Army, and is a board trustee for Rosemont College.

Michael L. Turner

Michael L. Turner is a Partner and Attorney at Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin.

Turner was the founder of Valley Green Bank and served on its board of directors from 2005 until it was acquired in 2015 by Univest Bank and Trust Co. Previously, Turner was also a founder and managing partner of the Philadelphia law firm Kelly, Jasons, McGuire & Spinelli from 1989 to 2007. He specializes in the preparation and trial of complex personal injury, product liability and criminal cases. Before entering into private practice, Turner was an Assistant District Attorney for the City of Philadelphia from 1981-1986. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and serves on the Hearing Committee of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Board of the Center City Crime Victim Services Association and the Board of the Central High School of Philadelphia Alumni Association.
Robert C. Wonderling

Robert C. Wonderling is the President and CEO at The Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia.

Prior to his role with the Chamber, Rob had an impressive career spanning both the private-sector as well as distinguished public service. Rob served as an officer at the privately held software company Bentley Systems, Inc. and, earlier in his career, worked for Allentown-based Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. From 2002 - 2009, Rob served in the Pennsylvania State Senate as Chairman of the Communications and Technology Committee and then as Chairman of the Transportation Committee. He also served in the executive branch of state government in the Ridge-Schweiker administration as Deputy Secretary of Transportation. Wonderling serves on the boards of the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Advisory Council, Congreso De Latinos Unidos, Ursinus College, and the Corporate Council for Children's Hospital of Pennsylvania.
