Jeffrey M. Schweitzer Jeffrey M. Schweitzer is President and Chief Executive Officer for Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania and Chief Executive Officer for Univest Bank and Trust Co.

Schweitzer joined Univest in 2007 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Schweitzer quickly gained responsibility at Univest as his expertise, self-motivation and vision helped the company grow and further diversify the business during a time of crisis for the financial services industry. Schweitzer is focused on high performance and excellent service to meet the needs of Univest’s employees, customers, shareholders and communities. As President and CEO, he expects the same drive and commitment from his employees. At the same time, he is passionate about providing a working environment that is fun and centered on collaboration and teamwork.

Schweitzer graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor of science degree in accounting. Throughout his career, he has continued to make time to expand his knowledge of the industry and in management and leadership through various other educational programs. He is a graduate of the American Bankers Association (ABA) Stonier Graduate School of Banking in Philadelphia and completed the 'High-Potential Leaders: Accelerating Your Impact' leadership program through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Following the Univest mission, vision and core values, Schweitzer is active in contributing to the community and professional organizations throughout our region. Schweitzer is on the Board of Directors of the North Penn and Indian Valley Boys and Girls Club and the Perkiomen Valley School District Education Foundation. He also serves on the Pennsylvania Bankers Public Affairs Committee (PaBPAC).

Michael S. Keim Michael S. Keim is Senior Executive Vice President, Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania and President, Univest Bank and Trust Co.

Keim joined Univest in 2008 as Senior Vice President, Mortgage Banking. He was promoted to EVP and CFO in January 2013, and President of Univest Bank and Trust Co. in October 2015. Prior to joining Univest, he was a self-employed consultant working with a private equity firm to develop and implement a bank acquisition strategy. Keim also spent 14 years working for GMAC Residential where he had varied responsibilities including Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Consumer Lending, Chief Financial Officer of GMAC Mortgage and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of GMAC Bank. In his role as EVP and CFO, Keim oversees all areas of Finance, Treasury Services, Investor Relations, Operations and Property Management.

Keim graduated from Temple University with a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting. He serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County and the Mercer Museum in Doylestown, Bucks County.

Duane J. Brobst Duane J. Brobst is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania and Univest Bank and Trust Co.

Brobst has more than 29 years of experience in the financial services industry, 22 of which have been with Univest. In his role as Senior EVP and Chief Risk Officer, Brobst oversees all areas of Credit Risk, Regulatory Risk, Security and the Audit Function.

Brobst is also active in the community. He coached ice hockey for the past 15 years, led a team for Katrina relief and has worked with Habitat for Humanity. Currently, Brobst is a member of the Risk Management Association’s National Community Bank Council and is a member of the Pennsylvania Banker’s Association Government Relations Committee.

Brobst graduated from Temple University with undergraduate degrees in economics and finance and a MBA in finance.

Roger S. Deacon Roger S. Deacon joined Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania and Univest Bank and Trust Co. as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer following Univest’s acquisition of Fox Chase Bank, effective July 1, 2016. Prior to joining Univest, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Fox Chase Bank. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Bill Me Later, a privately held financial services company, as well as Senior Vice President of Finance at First USA Bank where he was responsible for all financial planning for its credit card business, which grew from $2 billion to $70 billion in managed assets. He began his career with Price Waterhouse, where he served as a CPA and Audit Manager in their Financial Services Practice Group. Roger holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University, majoring in Accounting with a concentration in Finance.

William S. Aichele is Chairman of Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania and of Univest Bank and Trust Co.

Bill retired as CEO of Univest Corporation after 42 years of service to the organization. As Chairman, Bill remains active in the organization's life and in the work it does in the community. Bill serves on the Board of Directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Grand View Hospital and Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Grand View Health Foundation. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the James A. Michener Art Museum, the North Penn United Way and the Foundation for the North Penn United Way. He is currently serving as a member of the ABA Membership Council. He also shares his expertise as a member of the Peter Becker Community Development Committee.

Bill earned a degree from The American Banker's Associations' Stonier Graduate School of Banking. In addition, he holds an associates degree in business administration from Valley Forge Military Academy & College and is a certified commercial lender.
