Univest Financial Corporation Declares Second Quarter Dividend

SOUDERTON, Pa., May 20, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Univest Financial Corporation (“Univest”) (NASDAQ: UVSP), parent company of Univest Bank and Trust Co. and its insurance, investments and equipment financing subsidiaries, today declared a $0.20 per share quarterly cash dividend for the second quarter of 2019. The dividend will be paid on July 1, 2019 to shareholders of record as of June 4, 2019.
