Jeffrey M. Schweitzer is Vice Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer for Univest Financial Corporation and Chief Executive Officer for Univest Bank and Trust Co.

Schweitzer joined Univest in 2007 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. Schweitzer quickly gained responsibility at Univest as his expertise, self-motivation and vision helped the company grow and further diversify the business during a time of crisis for the financial services industry. Schweitzer is focused on high performance and excellent service to meet the needs of Univest’s employees, customers, shareholders and communities. As President and CEO, he expects the same drive and commitment from his employees. At the same time, he is passionate about providing a working environment that is fun and centered on collaboration and teamwork.

Schweitzer graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor of science degree in accounting. Throughout his career, he has continued to make time to expand his knowledge of the industry and in management and leadership through various other educational programs. He is a graduate of the American Bankers Association (ABA) Stonier Graduate School of Banking in Philadelphia and completed the 'High-Potential Leaders: Accelerating Your Impact' leadership program through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Following the Univest mission, vision and core values, Schweitzer is active in contributing to the community and professional organizations throughout our region. Schweitzer is on the Board of Directors of the North Penn and Indian Valley Boys and Girls Club and the Perkiomen Valley School District Education Foundation. He also serves on the Pennsylvania Bankers Public Affairs Committee (PaBPAC).

Michael S. Keim is President of Univest Bank and Trust Co. and Chief Operating Officer of Univest Financial Corporation.

Keim joined Univest in 2008 as Senior Vice President, Mortgage Banking. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2013. In October 2015, he became President of Univest Bank and Trust Co. Prior to joining Univest, he was a self-employed consultant working with a private equity firm to develop and implement a bank acquisition strategy. Keim also spent 14 years working for GMAC Residential where he had varied responsibilities including Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Consumer Lending, Chief Financial Officer of GMAC Mortgage and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of GMAC Bank.

Keim graduated from Temple University with a bachelor's of science degree in accounting. He serves on the Board of Directors for Lehigh Valley Public Media and previously served on the Board for Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County, as a Trustee of the Bucks County Historical Society and on the Advisory Board for The City School in Philadelphia.

Brian J. Richardson is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Univest Financial Corporation and Univest Bank and Trust Co.

Richardson has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Univest as Senior Vice President and Director of Finance following Univest´s acquisition of Fox Chase Bank, effective July 1, 2016. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and Director of Finance in January 2018. In July 2019, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of Univest Financial Corporation and Univest Bank and Trust Co. Prior to joining Univest, Richardson served as Senior Vice President and Director of Accounting at Fox Chase Bank. He began his career at KPMG LLP, where he served as a Senior Manager in their Financial Services Audit Practice.

Richardson holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.

Megan D. Santana is Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel of Univest Financial Corporation and Univest Bank and Trust Co.

Santana has more than 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her role as Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel, Santana oversees all areas of Compliance, Credit Risk Management, Operational Risk Management including AML and BSA, General Counsel and Information Security. Prior to joining Univest, she was a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP where she served as outside counsel to Univest for more than 15 years. Santana received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Grove City College and her juris doctorate (JD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Later, she graduated from Villanova University with a master of law (LLM) degree. She holds a license to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Board of Directors

William S. Aichele retired as CEO of Univest Financial Corporation after 42 years of service to the organization. As Chairman, he remains active in the organization's life and in the work it does in the community. He currently serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia President Advisory Council.

Aichele earned a degree from The American Banker's Associations' Stonier Graduate School of Banking. In addition, he holds an associate´s degree in business administration from Valley Forge Military Academy & College and is a certified commercial lender.

Joseph P. Beebe was formerly member a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Insurance and Asset Management Group of Keefe, Bruyette and Woods, Inc. Beebe previously held management positions at Fox-Pitt, Kelton, Inc. and Midlantic Corporation. He is currently a member of the President’s Advisory Council and Institute for Creativity and Entrepreneurship Advisory Board at Villanova University. Beebe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Villanova University and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Pace University-Lubin Graduate School of Business.

Todd S. Benning is the founding stockholder of Dunlap & Associates, PC.

Benning has over thirty years of experience providing tax, consulting, and accounting services for domestic and international manufacturing and distribution companies, individuals, trusts, and estates. He is a graduate of Geneva College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with majors in Accounting and Business Administration. Benning also holds a Master of Taxation degree from the Villanova University School of Law. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

Martin P. Connor is the Chief Financial Officer of Toll Brothers, Inc. Connor was previously the CFO and Director of Operations for O'Neill Properties, a diversified commercial real estate development company in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to that position, Connor was an Audit and Advisory Business Services Partner for Ernst & Young. Connor is a two-time recipient of the Homebuilder CFO of the Year award from Institutional Investor Magazine.

Connor serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia Economic and Community Advisory Council and the Advisory Council of Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. He is on the board at Holy Ghost Preparatory School and is a board member at Business Leaders Organized for Catholic Schools. Connor holds a BBA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Suzanne Keenan is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), a member of SAP Independent Executive Advisory Council, and a member of Rocket Wagon's Advisory Council. She previously held the position of Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Wawa, Inc. Keenan also held management positions at Comcast Cable and PECO Energy Company. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Penn State University and a Master's Degree in Health Physics from the University of Pittsburgh.

Natalye Paquin is Chief Operating Officer of the Rockefeller Foundation, overseeing the global organization's Employee Services, Human Resources, Information Technology, Innovation, Finance, and Legal teams as well as its workforce at offices in the United States, Italy, Asia and Africa. Paquin previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Points of Light Foundation, a global organization that supports and equips non-profits, corporations, and individuals focused on volunteerism and social good. Paquin also currently serves on the Board of Directors for Bloomerang, which develops community-focused non-profit donor management software. She was also previously Chief Executive Officer of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania as well as Chief Transformation Officer at Girl Scouts of the USA.

Paquin earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University. She was a national fellow of the Broad Urban Superintendents Academy and completed executive education programs at Harvard and Loyola Business Schools.

Thomas M. Petro is a venture investor in early-stage life sciences, Fintech and tech-enabled business services firms as Managing Partner of 1867 Capital Partners. Petro is former President and Chief Executive Officer of Fox Chase Bank and former President and Chief Executive Officer of Northeast Pennsylvania Financial Corporation. He serves as the vice chairman of the government relations council administrative committee for the American Bankers Association and is the past-chairman of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association.

Michael L. Turner is a Partner and Attorney at Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin.

Turner was the founder of Valley Green Bank and served on its board of directors from 2005 until it was acquired in 2015 by Univest Bank and Trust Co. Previously, Turner was also a founder and managing partner of the Philadelphia law firm Kelly, Jasons, McGuire & Spinelli from 1989 to 2007. He specializes in the preparation and trial of complex personal injury, product liability and criminal cases. Before entering into private practice, Turner was an Assistant District Attorney for the City of Philadelphia from 1981-1986. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and serves on the Hearing Committee of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Board of the Center City Crime Victim Services Association and the Board of the Central High School of Philadelphia Alumni Association.

Robert C. Wonderling is the Executive Director of the Faith and Liberty Discovery Center, the museum operated by the American Bible Society on Independence Mall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Wonderling previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, a business advocacy organization of member companies that promotes growth and economic development in the 11-county Greater Philadelphia region, leading the Chamber’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives. In recognition of his leadership, Mr. Wonderling was recognized in 2017 with the Anti-Defamation League's Americanism Award. Prior to this position, from 2002 to 2009, Mr. Wonderling served in the Pennsylvania State Senate, where he served as Chairman of the Communications and Technology Committee and the Transportation Committee. He also served in the executive branch of state government administration as Deputy Secretary of Transportation.

Additionally, Mr. Wonderling serves on the boards of numerous businesses and non-profit organizations within the Philadelphia region. Mr. Wonderling previously served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Ursinus College. In addition to his public service, Mr. Wonderling worked for Lehigh Valley-based Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. He also served as an Executive Officer for Bentley Systems, Inc.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Allegheny College, a Master's degree in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and attended the program for Senior Executives in State Government at Harvard University.

Charles H. Zimmerman serves in Senior Leadership at Calvary Church and is on the Board of Directors for Clemens Family Corporation.

Zimmerman is the former Chairman of the Department of Practical Theology at Biblical Theological Seminary. Zimmerman is also an executive consultant in the areas of leadership development and strategic effectiveness.
