Jeffrey M. Schweitzer is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer for Univest Financial Corporation and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Univest Bank and Trust Co.

Schweitzer joined Univest in 2007 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Schweitzer quickly gained responsibility at Univest as his expertise, self-motivation and vision helped the company grow and further diversify the business during a time of crisis for the financial services industry. Schweitzer is focused on high performance and excellent service to meet the needs of Univest’s employees, customers, shareholders and communities. As President and CEO, he expects the same drive and commitment from his employees. At the same time, he is passionate about providing a working environment that is fun and centered on collaboration and teamwork.

Schweitzer graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Throughout his career, he has continued to make time to expand his knowledge of the industry and in management and leadership through various educational programs. He is a graduate of the American Bankers Association (ABA) Stonier Graduate School of Banking in Philadelphia and completed the 'High-Potential Leaders: Accelerating Your Impact' leadership program through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Following the Univest mission, vision and core values, Schweitzer is active in contributing to the community and professional organizations throughout our region. Schweitzer is on the Board of Directors of St. Luke’s Penn Foundation and the Perkiomen Valley School District Education Foundation. He also serves as the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank representative on the Federal Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Board as well as on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association.

Michael S. Keim is President of Univest Bank and Trust Co. and Chief Operating Officer of Univest Financial Corporation.

Keim joined Univest in 2008 as Senior Vice President, Mortgage Banking. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2013. In October 2015, he became President of Univest Bank and Trust Co. Prior to joining Univest, he was a self-employed consultant working with a private equity firm to develop and implement a bank acquisition strategy. Keim also spent 14 years working for GMAC Residential where he had varied responsibilities including Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Consumer Lending, Chief Financial Officer of GMAC Mortgage and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of GMAC Bank.

Keim graduated from Temple University with a bachelor's of science degree in accounting. He serves on the Board of Directors for Lehigh Valley Public Media and previously served on the Board for Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County, as a Trustee of the Bucks County Historical Society and on the Advisory Board for The City School in Philadelphia.

Brian J. Richardson is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Univest Financial Corporation and Univest Bank and Trust Co.

Richardson has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Univest as Senior Vice President and Director of Finance following Univest´s acquisition of Fox Chase Bank, effective July 1, 2016. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and Director of Finance in January 2018. In July 2019, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of Univest Financial Corporation and Univest Bank and Trust Co. Prior to joining Univest, Richardson served as Senior Vice President and Director of Accounting at Fox Chase Bank. He began his career at KPMG LLP, where he served as a Senior Manager in their Financial Services Audit Practice.

Richardson holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.

Megan D. Santana is Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel of Univest Financial Corporation and Univest Bank and Trust Co.

Santana has more than 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her role as Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel, Santana oversees all areas of Compliance, Credit Risk Management, Operational Risk Management including AML and BSA, General Counsel and Information Security. Prior to joining Univest, she was a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP where she served as outside counsel to Univest for more than 15 years. Santana received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Grove City College and her juris doctorate (JD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Later, she graduated from Villanova University with a master of law (LLM) degree. She holds a license to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
