Michael S. Keim is President of Univest Bank and Trust Co. and Chief Operating Officer of Univest Financial Corporation.
Keim joined Univest in 2008 as Senior Vice President, Mortgage Banking. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2013. In October 2015, he became President of Univest Bank and Trust Co. Prior to joining Univest, he was a self-employed consultant working with a private equity firm to develop and implement a bank acquisition strategy. Keim also spent 14 years working for GMAC Residential where he had varied responsibilities including Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Consumer Lending, Chief Financial Officer of GMAC Mortgage and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of GMAC Bank.
Keim graduated from Temple University with a bachelor's of science degree in accounting. He serves on the Board of Directors for Lehigh Valley Public Media and previously served on the Board for Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County, as a Trustee of the Bucks County Historical Society and on the Advisory Board for The City School in Philadelphia.
